Frameless Glass Fencing Systems

We use and recommend Frameless Glass Fencing Systems products which are recognised as market leaders in their field providing a multitude of glass clamps and fixings for frameless glass as well as a heavy duty aluminium semi frameless post system which is more than double the strength of some other systems.

Stainless Steel Clamps

The clamps are made from corrosion resistant 316 stainless steel with a 'fine linished' finish and are designed to hold the glass above the ground allowing water to flow underneath. This new system eliminates all the short comings of glass set into the ground or channel. A range of clamps is available to suit slab, footing, timber or metal fixing and can be either top or side fixed. Custom made clamps or brackets can also be designed for that unusual situation.

The packers and non compressible shims are made from UV resistant materials. An M16 allthread (SS) helps secure the clamp into the concrete. These are available in various lengths to allow for special situations further increasing the versatility of the system. The clamp screws are visible from one side only giving a very neat clean appearance and are also 316 stainless steel. The design allows for considerable final adjustment vertically (4mm up and down), laterally (4mm each way) and longitudinally (4mm each way).

The clamps are held into the concrete with a quick setting epoxy. This means jobs can be installed in less time and the fence has little chance of being disturbed because of the quick setting time.

Semi Frameless

The aluminium post is designed for both strength and beauty and is made from 4 mm thick aluminium with deep glazing rebates which allow the glass better engagement into the post and avoids the use of unsightly tabs or brackets being attached to posts. Our stainless 316 grade post system also has rebates into the posts to allow for maximum glass engagement and maintains the clean uncluttered lines.

Frameless gates feature 12 mm toughened glass with Dorma infloor gate operator,magnetic latch and all stainless steel fittings.This system is designed to close gradually in all wind conditions without the loud impact of the cheaper spring loaded hinges.

Semi Frameless gates feature all stainless steel fittings,magnetic latch and specially designed striker plate allows the closing impact of the gate to be better absorbed.Special patch fittings allow this type of gate to also be hung directly off the 12 mm frameless glass.
